Low Density. Attentive Care.

Due to home renovations, I needed to bring my cats to a cat hotel for a few days. I came across Cozy Cat Retreat online and loved how clean and beautiful the environment looked. I decided to bring my cats here. At first I was worried they wouldn't adapt to the new surroundings, but the staff at Cat's Second Home was incredibly patient and loving. They helped the cats settle in gradually, played with them and gave them treats, and took photos that were neither too formal nor too personal. I'm so grateful to Cozy Cat Retreat for making my cats happy while also putting me at ease.

Every trip I worry about leaving my cats with no one to care for them. By chance I found Cat's Second Home, and after learning about their services I was very satisfied. I confidently entrusted my two cats to the hotel for two weeks. During the trip, with 24-hour CCTV monitoring I could check on my cats at any time, and the owner would send photos and clips daily. The whole trip I felt very reassured and didn't need to worry about my cats affecting my travel mood. Highly recommended. The owner is full of love, cares for the cats with great patience, and basic grooming and cleaning are excellent. Daily playtime helps the cats quickly adapt to the environment. Next trip, I can confidently entrust my cats to them. P.S. By the time I returned from the trip, tired as I was, the hotel's transfer service saved me so much time that by the time I picked up my luggage and got home, my cats were already there waiting in a warm, cosy home.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the cats look very well-groomed. Check-in only takes 2-3 days to adapt, with 24-hour CCTV so you can check on your pets anytime. The owner proactively checks on the cats, and the hotel photos and videos are all very satisfying. If there is a need we will definitely come back for boarding.
